Yupia, Feb 19: The 4th DTFI meeting on Covid-19 vaccination drive was held today at the DMO office here to discuss and review the COVID-19 vaccination drive and vaccine wastage thereof.
Chairing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Papum-Pare, Pige Ligu expressed concern on low vaccination in spite of many sessions and said that there is a lacunae somewhere in communication for hesitancy in the population. He opined that first of all medical and ICDS department should ensure 100 % vaccination among Doctors, Nurses, ASHA and Anganwadi Worker and become a trendsetter.
Earlier DMO Dr.Komling Perme explained the members on issues like how to improve vaccination drive in the district, verification of beneficiary through Adhaar authentication and AEFI reporting.
