Roing, Jan 20: A District Task Force(DTFI) meeting on Routine Immunization(RI), Har Ghar Dastak, COVID 19 Vaccination, NID-2022, HMIS data indicator and review of Health and Wellness Centres was held today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Soumya Saurabh in the presence of DTFI members, medical officers and health department officials.
The Full Routine Immunization percentage of the district stands at 73.8%, COVID 19 vaccination for 18+ first dose stands at 100.80% and second dose at 79.70%, vaccination for 15 to 17 years stands at 61.10% and protection dose vaccination is ongoing.
Reviewing the vaccination status for 15-17 years under ‘Har School Dastak’ campaign in the district, the Deputy Commissioner advised the education department, school authorities  and the teachers to ensure that all eligible  student get vaccinated at the earliest and correct data is maintained. 
Dr Victoria of WHO spoke on the high COVID 19 positivity rate in the district and stressed on following COVID appropriate behaviour and need to step up testing. Dr. S. J. Mitapo and DRCHO Dr. Raju Mena also addressed the meeting. DIPRO
