Tawang, May 23: The Tawang district administration today held a meeting in view of the increasing number of stray dogs and its management.
In his welcome address ADC Tawang, Lobsang Tsering took reference of earlier meeting wherein a dog shelter was proposed but couldn't be materialised due to many reasons. To tackle the increasing number of stray dogs, he appealed every family member to adopt a stray dog. 
Speaking on the occassion, ZPC Tawang Leki Gombu, suggested Tangyom Tsogpa, an NGO which has been working for animal welfare since 2012 to take the responsibility with support from other active NGOs and concern department.
