TAWANG, Jan 31: A counselling programme on suicide prevention was organised by the Tawang District Administration, All Monpa Students Union and Social Cultural Development Society Tawang jointly taking serious concern on the rising suicide cases especially among students and youths. Padmashree HE Thegtse Rinpoche and DMO Tawang Dr.Wangdi Lama spoke to a large number of students from various schools and the district's lone college at Kalawangpo convention hall Tawang on Saturday as resource persons. Chairman DOKAA Jambey Wangdi and Deputy Commissioner Tawang Sang Phuntsok also addressed the students. DIPRO
