AALO, Dec 16: The Shi-Yomi Deputy Commissioner, Mito Dirchi had detail discussion with Nodal Officer SDE (CM), the GMTD, BSNL Itanagar SDO (T) Aalo, representative of M/s Transvirtual Guwahati for installation of 3G towers within the District in a meeting held at Mechuka on December 14. 
Optical fibre cable would be opted out and alternative connectivity through microwave/ mini link would be relied upon for which seven 3G towers in the district would be installed soon. The district administrative has already alerted the land management branch for acquisition of land free of cost for installation of the towers after the preliminary survey work concludes. DIPRO
