Tawang, Sep 29: World Heart Day 2020 was observed here in the township on Tuesday through a cycle rally organised by the NCD Cell of Khandro Drowa Tsangmu District Hospital. 
Around 21 riders from various NGOs, TMEs and Tawang Riders Club participated in the rally which commenced from the Tawang General Parade Ground and culminated at the District Hospital via Tawang monastery. ADC Lobsang Tsering before flagging off the rally said cycling is one of the best ways to keep the heart healthy and appealed to the riders to disseminate information on the benefits of cycling. District NCD Cell In-charge Dr. Sangey Thinlay was also present on the occasion.
