ITANAGAR, Aug 2: Arunachal Peoples Welfare Association (APWA) has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Secretary urging her to cancel the newly appointed contractual employees under RWD including Junior Engineers claiming that 80 % are illegally filled up by the concern officers. Association also sought suspension of Superintendent Engineer RWD for his alleged involvement in misappropriation.
