Hunkan, Jan 7: As part of its Civic Action Programme, 36 Bn CRPF today installed 5 solar street lights in Hukan village under Dadam area of Tirap district.
CRPF chose the village for installing the solar street lights keeping in mind the irregular supply of electricity in the area. 36 Bn CRPF Second-in-Command Bhavesh Chaudhary, Deputy Commandant G.S. Bora, Chief, HGB, GPC and other dignitaries were present on the occasion. 
The villagers and the Chief while thanking the CRPF authorities for the initiative requested to carry out  such activities  in future.
