Doimukh, Oct 12: An awareness programme on Covid-19 and distribution event of sanitizers and face masks for all Government schools in Doimukh Block was held on Monday here at the Government Higher Secondary School organized by BRCC Doimukh Block.
MLA 14th Doimukh Assembly Constituency Tana Hali Tara as Special Guest while distributing the masks and sanitizers sponsored from the MLALAD fund urged the students and teachers to maintain SOPs such as wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. He also asked the Heads of Schools to implement similar awareness programmes at their respective schools.
DDSE Papum Pare district TT Tara briefed on the SOPs to be followed during re-opening and post re-opening of schools and stressed on planning alternate and shift-wise classes for schools with large numbers of pupils so that social distancing can be maintained.
