ITANAGAR, Aug 13: Arunachal Pradesh on Friday reported 166 new Covid cases and a lone fatality taking the death toll to 252.
The state continued to maintain the trend of higher rate of recoveries as the past week and a total of 271 patients recovered today.
Of the new cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the maximum cases at 41, Lower Subansiri 19 and Changlang 14. Symptomatic cases were 88 and asymptomatic 78.
Recoveries was the highest in the ICC with 82, Lower Subansiri (33) and Papum Pare (25).
The lone death was that of a 30-year-old woman, who died at DCH Chimpu due to ARDS with covid pneumonia. The deceased was not vaccinated.
