ITANAGAR, Jul 31: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) while mourning the untimely demise of Emar Ete, APCS (Admn. Grade) who passed away on July 29 last serving as Health and Family Welfare Joint Secretary, has appealed to the state government particularly the Department of Personnel to render immediate relief to the bereaved family including a compassionate appointment in government job for a family member.
In his sudden demise, the state government, employee fraternity and Galo society have lost a dedicated personality and the vacuum created by his death will be hard to be filled,” CoSAAP in its condolence message said and conveyed its condolences to the bereaved family.
Born on July 30, 1961, Late Ete entered APCS as a Circle Officer in April 1987 and since then served the state in various capacities including as a teacher. “He will be remembered as an able and experienced administrator with a high sense of moral values,” CoSAAP said in its condolence message.
