ITANAGAR, Jan 19: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) mourned the untimely demise of Toli Riram, Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and former General Secretary, Arunachal Teachers' Association (ATA) who passed away on Sunday morning after prolonged illness.
Native of Eshi-Chiku village in Leparada District, late Riram, 45, joined the education department as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)in the year 1999.
