DIYUN, Oct 17: In a noble gesture, Hope for Children-- a child care project of Believers Eastern Church distributed dry ration kits to around 65 children belonging to underprivileged families in Diyun today.
The kits comprised 5kg rice, 1 litre mustard oil, 1kg salt, and other necessary items were distributed to the children, a release stated.
Prahlad, an education expert- founder of India Foundation for Education Transformation handed over the ration kits to the children. He also appreciated the Hope for Children team for conducting such noble work. The ration will be a much needed help for the families during this troubled time, he said.
