ITANAGAR, Jun 27: As part of International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, Capital police today organized a blood donation camp here at the RKM hospital. Speaking to the media, Superintendent of Police, Itanagar Capital Region (ICR) Jimmy Chiram informed that as a part of International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking celebration, capital police organised the voluntary blood donation camp. More than 30 jawans from different police stations including subordinates officers, SDPOs and SP himself participated in the blood donation camp. Meanwhile, he also urged the youths to do away with drugs trade and its consumption for a better life and society. "Capital Police will continue its operation against drugs trade, and strict action will be taken against those found involved in such cases," stated the SP.
