ITANAGAR, Jul 25:A three day training programme on office Rules & Procedure for ministerial employees commenced here at ATI, Naharlagun today.

A total of 25 employees from various departments under the capital complex attended the inaugural programme.

Inaugurating the programme, ATI, Director, Pate Marik stressed on the importance of capacity building and pointed out that the training programme will help employees in decision making and discharging their assigned duties accurately.

Calling the ministerial employees as keepers of government records, rules and regulations, Marik called upon the participants to take full benefit of the programme and advised them to develop habit of reading rules books.
