BORDUMSA, Dec 30: Amid the ongoing protest by farmers in the national capital against the new farm laws, Arunachal Pradesh Farmers’ Development Society in collaboration with Bordumsa Farmers’ Cooperative Society Ltd (BFCS) organized an awareness programme in support of the laws here today.
Senior scientist from KVK Jairampur Dr D S Chhonkar, Agronomist AP Singh and Dr Phowang Aboh attended the event as Resource Persons. “We support the newly introduced  farm laws and today’s programme was organised to create awareness amongst the farmers of the Bordumsa area about them,” President APFDS Nawngsa Singpho said, while appealing the Pema Khandu-led government to implement the Acts in the state without delay.
Among others, the newly elected ZPM of Bordumsa Khachang Maio, GPMs, farmer members of the Bordumsa Farmers’ Cooperative Society Ltd attended the event.
