CHANGLANG, Aug 22: Aiming to strengthen relationship with the local populace, 9 Assam Rifles Bn HQ, Changlang celebrated Raksha Bandhan with the theme ‘" Ek Rakhi Sipahi Ke Naam".
Volunteers, teachers, staff and students from Vivekananda Kendra, Higher secondary school, NCC cadets including Civil administration participated in the celebrations and tied rakhi to all soldiers including Col. Surender Kumar, Commandant -9 AR.
