ITANAGAR, Sep 18: Paper Leakage Issue Committee (AE-Civil) APPSC-2022  has demanded  free & fair investigation both from the investigation agency as well as from the State Civil Service Commission to unearth the truth behind the whole paper leakage episode.
Addressing a press conference at press club today, Chairmain-PLIC(AE-Civil) APPSC-2022, Techi Puru  said the  committee demands the police department for speedy investigation of the case in order to re-conduct the examination at the earliest and to reveal the names of culprit(s) in public domain. 
"We also demand suspension of the present APPSC Chairman and Secretary if  they fail to  justify the alleged scam. The Commission needs to filter its officers," said Puru while claiming of ‘multi-crore racket run by few high profile APPSC officers resulting in such malicious practice in every APPSC examination.'
Further, Puru informed that there is conflict between prelims and mains students/aspirants regarding re-conduct of examination for which he blamed the APPSC for its mistake and trying to create chaos among students/aspirants.
“Re-conduct of examination whether it is prelims or mains should be decided as per the police investigation. Tlherefore, we urge for fast-track investigation," Puru said. He also appealed all aspirants to fight together against the Commission and not to be divided while stating, 'let us trust the investigation team and allow it to decide on the re-conduct of examination as per facts and findings.'
On 23 September next, a peaceful rally will be conducted from Akashdeep to tennis court, IG Park, Itanagar, he added while appealing to all APPSC aspirants to join in the rally.
Earlier, on 29 August, a case u/s 120-B/420/406/409 has been registered at the Itanagar police station and  total of five persons have been arrested by the police till date.
