ITANAGAR, Jun 19: State’s Covid situation continued to retain the stable position with no further casualties and recoveries and new cases almost evenly poised.
There were a total of 231 new cases (asymptomatic 144; symptomatic 87)  across the state today with ICR leading with 56, followed by Changlang and East Siang 27 each  and West Kameng 26. Of the 229  new recoveries, ICR (35), Changlang (26), East Kameng (19), LDV(18), East Siang and Kra Daadi (13 each) and Lower Subansiri and Lower Siang (12 each) were the first 8 districts.  succumbed to the virus. 5222 samples were collected from across the state on Saturday with a maximum from the ICR (1412).
Occupancy status at the CCCs on Saturday evening (8 pm): 45 at DCH Chimpu, 21 at SQF Lekhi, 2 at DCHC Midpu, 3 at DCH Pasighat and 16 at DCHC.
