ITANAGAR, Feb 3: With no further addition of cases on Wednesday and two recoveries from West Kameng district, the total number of COVID-19 recoveries/discharge of the state has gone up to 16764.
According to the daily COVID-19 bulletin released this evening, currently there are only 7 cases of home isolation, 9 active cases in total and zero occupancy at all the CCCs namely DCH Chimpu, DCHC Midpu, SQF Lekhi, CCC-SOA-Zoo and DCH Pasighat. While 56 people have succumbed to the infection so far, the state’s Covid recovery rate has touched 99.60 %, positivity rate is at 0.05 % and the fatality rate just at 0.33 %. As of now, 3,82,361 persons have been tested and 16,876 health workers have received the vaccine shots. The health department has been carrying out the inoculation drive four days a week-Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
