ITANAGAR, Jun 20: The Government of Arunachal is launching a new multi-pronged initiative to vaccinate all population above 18 years of age at 9 am from June 21 onwards across the state. A press communique from the department of information and public relations stated that all forms of media shall be engaged in disseminating right information- vertically and horizontally-amongst the beneficiaries besides collaborating with public, CBOs and public figures to motivate the masses. 
Sharing the detail plan, DIPR stated that in this novel endeavour, the Chief Minister, Ministers, MPs, MLAs, Govt officials, NGOs and all stakeholders will be participating to propagate the information for awareness of providing free vaccination to all eligible beneficiaries through 353 active Covid Vaccination Centres (Rural & urban) across the state.
Further, public representatives, influential persons, community leaders, NGO representatives, media persons will participate at different CVCs to motivate the beneficiaries. 
Appeal video of influential people, public representative shall be circulated and an appeal from HCM shall be circulated in all media for public information.
The ASHAs, AWW, NYK volunteers, CBO representatives shall undertake counseling in all the villages of the state.
A byte shall be recorded and circulated in the social media for motivating the prospective beneficiaries. Selfie booth shall be established in all the CVCs.
Fully vaccinated village/sector/colony shall be notified locally and ranked at the state level.
Information and awareness on importance of vaccination will be propagated through miking in local dialect, local kebang, notice from DC, FM radio, TV channels, social media, short films etc in a relentless manner.
Mode of registration available are Self-Registration, On-site Registration, Special Session Person without prescribed identity cards (PWI), Near to Home CVC (NHCVC). 
From 21st June, the sessions for 18+ will be self registration / on spot registration for ease of registration of the beneficiaries which will be decided by the District Administration.
Outreach session plan prepared in all the districts over and above regular session in fixed CVC.
Outreach sessions to cover 45 + category are ongoing. In rural areas with no internet connectivity, outreach session through Near to Home CVC (NHCVC) is being carried out.
For differently abled citizen and for old age citizen, provision for vaccinating them through Near to Home CVC (NHCVC) in CoWin portal is ongoing in the districts.
Beneficiaries without photo identity proof as prescribed by the Ministry is also vaccinated in the districts through special session via Person without Identity (PWI) in the CoWIN application especially for prisoners, old age homes, rehabilitation centres etc.
On the basis of micro-plan prepared by the district(Prepared through House to House survey), the number of CVC and number of sessions in these CVCs are being scaled up. Number of slots in the session is also significantly increased to cover maximum beneficiaries within a short period of time.
Mobile team is conducting session in multiple areas in a single day in difficult terrain, very sparsely populated and other high risk areas.
