ANJAW, Aug 14:  The Indian Army today organised mini marathons to celebrate the 75 Independence Day.
The marathons organized by Dao Division, at Hayuliang Circle of Anjaw District was organised with involvement of District Administration, Youth Clubs & Cultural and Literary Society of Mishmi (CALSOM). The event educated the locals hailing from far flung areas of Arunachal Pradesh, on benefits of  healthy lifestyle. Free natural nutritional supplements & sports injury management advice were also provided during the camp. 
The response to the event was overwhelming and youth from the nearby villages of Hayuliang, Goliliang, Metengliang and Chaglohagam participating. Over 200 individuals participated in the event in three categories of 15km, 10km and 5km.
