ITANAGAR, May 4: The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW), Itanagar has expressed deep sorrow at the untimely demise of Gyamar Padang on Wednesday, who was the whistleblower of the Infamous Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC)  paper leak case 2022. 
The APSCW is mourning his untimely demise and offers heartfelt condolences for eternal peace of the departed soul and pray the almighty to give enough strength to the bereaved family members to bear the irreplaceable loss, Chairperson Kenjum Pakam said in a statement.
