YUPIA,  Jan 13:  One of the prime accused of  APPSC cash for job scam, Taket Jerang  has submitted an application challenging  the special courts order for narco test. Jerang has challenged that without his consent, Court has issued an order for narco test.
Speaking to the media, Advocate Tapi  Omo  who is representing the aspirants informed that the Court has fixed  January 20 next to hear the application of  Taket Jerang  on narco test. He also added that the Court has rejected the Bail plea of  Tama Saroh , however, fixed January 20 next to hear his Bail plea again.
Advocate Omo also divulged that Court has granted interim bail to  Iken Bagra father of  Kenjum Bagra and Kender Bagra for two weeks, as his wife is suffering from a kidney problem and has to go out of the state for treatment. However, the court has directed him to appear before the court on January 30 next with all the medical documents.
Earlier, Superintendent of Police SIC had stated that the prime accused Taket Jerang is not revealing the entire truth of the scam, and hence they have sought a Narco Analysis Test from the court. Subsequently, the court permitted to carry forward with the test in a reputed forensic science laboratory.
