ITANAGAR, Jul 14:After expiry of 48 hours ultimatum served to the government seeking immediate ouster of in-charge, Chief Secretary, Satya Gopal from his post, the Arunachal Pradesh Congress committee (APCC)  has cautioned  that it will be compelled to launch series of bandh call , if government fails to address their demand.

In a release, the APCC has accused Satya Gopal of misleading the Election Commission of India, citing baseless reasons for declaring the scheduled Bye-election for 12 Pakke-Kessang (ST) Assembly constituency null and void.

Earlier on July 12 last, the committee served an ultimatum of 48 hours to government to immediately release the officer from his post.
