ITANAGAR, Sep 24: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) today demanded the resignation of the Chairman and Members of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission following the paper leakage in the AE(Mains) Examination conducted by the Commission.
Addressing the media persons at the Press Club, General Secretary APCC, Zirgi Kadu said "Corruption in such a high institution will not be accepted and despite being a prestigious agency, the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission is always in controversy. APCC  demands the immediate termination of accused Taket Jerang, Dy. Secretary and other officials involved in the paper leakage episode."
The State Congress also sought suspension of the Secretary and Commissioner of the APPSC till the completion of the investigation.  Inquiry on past interviews that were conducted under accused  Taket Jerang & others and suspension of Minoti Borang Saroh (DFCSO), the wife of another accused Tama Saroh, till the investigation is completed.
While expressing concern over the paper leakage issues in APPSC, Kadu also suggested the government for appointing an Ombudsman to keep vigilance on all the interview processes of the Commission.
