ITANAGAR, Nov 20: The All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) has appealed to all the political parties of the state not to give tickets to those Arunachalee women who are married to non-tribal men in the upcoming PR and Municipal elections.
In a press release issued today, ANYA has reasoned that this might dilute the rights, integrity, development and welfare of the indigenous people of the state. It has urged all the contesting national and state political parties to take the appeal seriously for the interest of the state’s indigenous people. ANYA PR
