ITANAGAR, Aug 23:  The All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA), President  Byabang Joram lodged an FIR against an unknown person for threatening and criminal intimidation at the Naharlagun Police Station today. In its FIR, Joram stated that  on  August 21 last , he received a threatening SMS from  an unknown mobile number as well as a call warning him of dire consequences. The caller also informed that some persons have been sent to his residence. ‘A serious necessary action against the said person may be taken and the culprit booked under appropriate provision of law, for security and safety of my life’, stated Joram in the FIR.
