ITANAGAR, Sep 23: The All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) has accused the Deputy Commissioner-cum- District Magistrate, Lower Subansiri District, Swetika Sachan for trying to incite communal disharmony between Nyishi –Apatani communities of Lower Subansiri District.
In a complaint letter submitted to the Chief Secretary, ANYA alleged that the DC knowingly granted permission to Team Environment Protection Committee Apatani to organise a rally on the same day of the 12-hour bandh called by ANYA Lower Subansri District unit and All Yachuli Students Union (AYSU) on the  September 21, seeking shifting of Superintending Engineer (Circle office RWD) from Ziro to Yachuli in accordance to the Nyishi-Apatani Summit (NAS)-2015 resolution to expand infrastructure development to Yachuli area for equitable growth and development of the region.
"It is disheartening to know that  DC Swetika Sachan had issued  permission to Team Environment Protection Committee Apatani to organise rally just a day before the bandh call, " ANYA said.
 "The incident reflects DC's immaturity and the integrity of district administration is highly doubtful, " it added. 
ANYA further requested the CS to take appropriate action against the DC for playing divisive politics between two peace-loving communities of Lower Subansiri district.
