KHONSA, Jun 16: The Anti Drug Squad of Tirap Police has arrested three drug peddlers from various locations in and around the township. 
This was informed today by Tirap SP Kardak Riba. The Anti Drug Squad led by SI L. Kimsing apprehended one C. Rangyang with 0.30 gms of suspected brown sugar and ADS. 
Another team  led by SI O. Rongrang nabbed N. Bangsia and L. Hallang with 2.75 gms of suspected brown sugar and a Pulsar-NS bike was also seized from them.
After observing legal formalities both were arrested and cases (No.17/21 u/s 21(a) of the NDPS Act) and (No.18/21 u/s 21(a) of the NDPS Act) respectively  were registered at the KSA PS.
The SP has appreciated the Anti Drug Squad for its successful operations and apprehending the peddlers. DIPRO
