RONO HILLS, Apr 6: A two-day maiden annual department seminar on the theme “Literature and Culture: From the Victorians to the Moderns” was held in the Department of English, Rajiv Gandhi University, on April 5-6. Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Tamo Mibang, chaired over the inaugural session. The Keynote Address was delivered by Prof. (Retd.) N. Jayaram on the theme of the seminar. During the technical sessions, a good number of argumentative papers were presented by the students.
