PASIGHAT, Jun 25:   The Adi Baane Kebang, apex and appellate body of the Adis which have also played a role in convincing and taking other CBOs, NGOs etc of the state in confidence for supporting Pasighat in the race of Smart City has also expressed deep joy over Pasighat making through on Friday.

ABK Secretary General, Bodong Yirang also acknowledged the role played by District Administration, PMC, Team Smart City, local MLAs, MPs and state government led by CM Pema Khandu besides active work of East Siang ZPMs, ABK East Siang, ABKWW and others. Yirang has also called for better development of Pasighat as Smart City and has also appealed each and every person of the region and Adi community to cooperate in executing the project successfully.

Meanwhile, as a land donor of the centurion town, Pasighat, Bogong Banggo Kebang (BBK) led by General Secretary, Mongol Gao has also thanked local MLA Kaling Moyong, CC PMC Kaling Doruk, Chief Minister, Pema Khandu, Union MoS for Home, Kiren Rijiju and others for helping Pasighat getting selected this time around. BBK has also assured all possible cooperation in regards to smooth execution of Smart City project and has also appealed the public who have illegally occupied government land to voluntarily surrender it and help the government in every possible way for coming up of Smart City.
