PASIGHAT, Aug 19: Arunachal Pradesh Students' Union (AAPSU)  led by its Education Secretary Lobsang Tsering visited the Government Primary School, Koreng under Kebang circle in East Siang district along with Circle Officer Niyang Pertin and school management committee members on Friday. The union took stock of the problems being faced by the teachers and students of the institution.
During the interaction with teachers and students, it was established that the school is facing lack of proper drinking water, toilet, shortage of desks and benches, blackboards and many more.
 "We strongly urge the state government to take serious note of it and give first priority to the education sector," said Lobsang Tsering.
 Meanwhile, the AAPSU  team also donated basic materials for the school which included ceiling fans, electrical materials, cement and  32 AC boards.
