Ziro, Jul 29: The office of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Lower Subansiri district through an order issued on Wednesday has declared Rubdi, Takampossa, Kuchkut, Yoizat and  New Yazali-I under Ziro-II as "Containment Zones" to prevent further spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
As per the order, the entire Yazali market shall remain closed for one week and residents of the above areas have been directed to not move out of their homes for a period of 14 days until further permission order issued by the DMO/DSO. No unauthorized persons shall be allowed to move within these areas without permission from the District Administration and DMO.
The Nodal officers of these villages/areas have been designated as Incident Commanders who will assist the DA in contact tracing. DIPRO
