ITANAGAR, Nov 10: At least 33 security personnel who returned to the state after completing election duty in Bihar have tested positive for COVID-19.
A total of 641 police personnel including IRBn, AAPBn, and Civil Police went to Bihar for the Assembly election duty on October last. Today all the personnel reached their home state by special train, informed PRO –APP, Dr Hemant Tiwari.
Out of 641, 33 have tested positive for COVID-19, including an Inspector and one Assistant Commandant, informed Tiwari while adding that all are asymptomatic and have been home quarantined at their respective locations.
