ITANAGAR, Sep 14: Department of Power organized a month-long Induction training program for the newly recruited Junior Engineers. Chief Engineer, TP&MZ, Department of Power – H.R Bado attended the inaugural event as Chief Guest held at DK Convention center today.
 Addressing the newly appointed engineers, CE - H.R Bado advised them to learn from the resource persons during the training session. While extending best wishes, he also suggested them to work dedicatedly in the service of the state.
“You all are well educated and have mass knowledge of modern technologies; use such knowledge and ideas for the upliftment of the state as well as for the department," added the CE.
Acknowledging the importance of JEs in the department,  Bado said  "Junior Engineers are the frontrunners and backbone of the department; they know the ground reality of the department, and even seniors will seek information from them."
32 newly appointed JEs will be imparted training for a month by different resource persons. After the training, Superintendent Engineer, Naharlagun will detail them for posting at different locations as per the requirement of the department. Among others, TK Tara, SE(E) Electrical Transmission Circle, Duyu Tacho SE(E) Planning, Nangkong Perme – SE(E) Nodal Officer Training , Purick Buchi-AE(E), Hibu Bama-EE(E) also shared their suggestions to the newly appointed  Junior Engineers.

 The Induction training session  will culminate on October 8 next.
