ITANAGAR, Dec 30: The second leg of Brahmaputra Aamantran Abhiyan (BAA), the adventurous river rafting expedition on Siang and Brahmaputra which has caught national attention by now will begin on December 31 from Pasighat in presence of Union MoS, Jal Shakti and Social Justice & Empowerment Rattan Lal Kataria. The rafting team led by NDRF will reach Dibrugarh on January 1 and the expedition will conclude on January 20 with halt programmes in Majuli on January 5 and in Guwahati on January 14.
