ITANAGAR, Jul 25: Arunachal Pradesh reported 164 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday while three people succumbed to the virus.
Of the new cases, the Itanagar Capital Complex reported the maximum of 82 covid cases with a positivity rate of 11%.
The state also saw a total of 360 recoveries with the most discharges in the Itanagar Capital Complex at 109.
Among the three deaths, a 29-year-old woman died at DCHC Tawang, a 78-year-old man and a 56-year-old man both with comorbidities, and residents of the Itanagar Capital Complex died at the DCH Chimpu due to Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome and covid pneumonia. In the last eight days (July 17-25), 17 deaths have been reported in the state.
