ITANAGAR, Aug 17: Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday reported 142 new Covid cases and zero fatality for the second consecutive day. The state continued to maintain the trend of higher rate of recoveries as the past weeks and a total of 215 patients recovered today.
Of the new cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the maximum cases at 30 with the positivity rate falling to 4.1 per cent. Lower Subansiri reported 24 cases with positivity rate of 11.1 percent. Symptomatic cases were 75 and asymptomatic 67. Recoveries was the highest in the ICC with 52, Lower Subansiri (45) and West Kameng  (18).
Occupancy at DCH Chimpu was 33, SQF Lekhi 8 and DCHC Midpu (0).
