ITANAGAR, Apr 13:  Arunachal Pradesh governor Lt. General K.T. Parnaik (Retd.) has conveyed warm greetings to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Sangken. He expressed hope that the occasion and rituals attached to the festival will inspire us to follow the path shown by Lord Buddha.
On this Sangken Day, I join my Tai Khamti and Singpho brethren in offering prayers for universal peace and harmony, the Governor said in his message.
