ITANAGAR, Aug 18: Day after the Special Investigation Team (SIC) registered Suo-moto case in the viral audio clip on alleged ‘Cash for Job’ scandal, the DRCHO-Tezu Dr. Siang Tamut has been placed under suspension today in connection with the acquisition of malpractice during the recruitment of Nursing Officers conducted recently.
The suspension order signed by the Deputy Secretary Health & Family Welfare stated, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Rule( I) (A) of Rule-10 of the Centre Civil Service (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules-1965, hereby places Dr. Siang Tamut, DRCHO, Tezu under suspension with immediate effect.
The order further read, that during the period of suspension, Dr. Tamut, DRCHO shall he be stationed at Tezu, shall not leave the headquarters without prior permission.
