Aalo, Jul 4: The first district level monitoring committee (DLMC) meeting of West Siang was conducted at the DC's conference hall, Aalo. 
Chairing the meeting,  Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman DLMC, Ms Mamu Hage urged all the line departments to start e-shram yojana to provide social security to workers. She also informed the Head of Departments to enroll departmental labourers in e-shram portal. She also directed all the line departments to submit the daily disaster report at 5pm to her and the DDMO.  She also informed the HoDs to depute department representative during the Circle Level Monitoring Committee Meeting(CLMC) of West Siang which is most important.
For beautification, cleanliness of Aalo township, the DC also proposed to start Shramdaan under which the township will be a plastic-free zone, every sector of Aalo township will be clean by involving all residents of sectors.
During the DLMC meeting, Department of Health headed by Dr Dubom Bagra DMO Aalo achieved 5 NQAS and LAQSHYA for West Siang which is commendable.
The DC assured to conduct monthly review meeting on flagship programmes of different departments so that beneficiaries can avail the benefits from government schemes. She also directed the DDSE to submit the ratio of teachers and students of West Siang. She also informed the forest department to conduct Airgun Surrender Abhiyaan in West Siang.
Tumpe Ete, ZPC West Siang also addressed the meeting.
