PASIGHAT, Dec 28: East Siang district observed Veer Bal Diwas 2023 (VBD) at DC conference Hall, Pasighat on December 26 last in presence of Deputy Commissioner Tayi Taggu as Chief Guest, all the members of the District Level Committee of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) programme, teachers and 32 adolescent students who took part in the pre event activities. Prizes under various categories of pre event activities of VBD was distributed to the students by the Dy. Commissioner.
The Deputy Commissioner in his address highlighted the courage shown by Guru Govind Singh’s sons, namely Fateh Singh and Zorawar Singh and advised the students to show courage and dedication to achieve their goal.
