YUPIA, Oct 13:In the wake of student agitation at NIT, Yupia a meeting has convened by Deputy Commissioner, Tai Kaye, held a meeting with Under Secretary , MHRD, Krishnamurty Rajen, , i/c Registrar Dr PK Bandhopadhyaya, and HoD, Electrical, NIT Yupia, Rajen Budoi. 

The Under Secretary, MHRD, informed that Regular Director for the NIT will be posted within this month. The students shifted to Jote will be shifted back to Yupia NIT campus till the facilities are complete at Jote campus for smooth academic session.
