Aalo, Sep 13: Two children were rescued by the West Siang District Child Protection Unit and Child Welfare Committee at Aalo today. The children were subsequently reunited with their families and guardian.
Legal cum Probation Officer Mijum Doke stated that “Ignorance of law is no excuse” and advised citizens to refrain from the practice of “Bonti Culture”, which is currently at its peak in Arunachal Pradesh.
