Itanagar, Jul 12: Talo Potom has officially taken charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Capital Itanagar today following his transfer from Upper Subansiri district. Upon his arrival, Potom had a detailed discussion with key officers, addressing several important issues and seeking their cooperation to ensure the effective delivery of services to the people. 
This would be his second tenure as Deputy Commissioner of Capital Itanagar. 
The officers and officials of the DC Office Capital Itanagar also bade farewell to outgoing DC Shweta Nagarkoti Mehta on Thursday upon her transfer as DC Keyi Panyor district.
