ITANAGAR, Nov 6: Advisor to Chief Minister, Tai Tagak launched the official website of Arunachal Life Saving Foundation (ALSF), a voluntary service organization rendering yeoman services to the needy at RKM Hospital Conference Hall, Itanagar on Sunday.
The ALSF headed by Chairman Ramesh Jeke, is rendering yeoman services especially amongst abandoned homeless and vulnerable older persons and children, voluntary blood donation camps across the state, rescue & rehabilitation of older persons, cremation of the dead bodies mostly unclaimed and destitute ones.
The website development was sponsored by Doni Riba, proprietor of Dukhan Dada under the theme "HungryJi" launched by Secretary RKM Hospital, Itanagar.
Tagak lauded the Arunachal Life Saving Foundation for the services rendered to the genuinely needy and vulnerable sections of society and called upon concerned institutions and well to do persons also to come forward for humanitarian mission.
Jeke in his address highlighted about the journey and activities of ALSF which started in 2007.
