The one-point-agenda meeting was convened in light of technical issues which were detected, particularly pertaining to mismatch in Names and Roll Numbers of candidates and subsequently the RGUCET 2024 results declared for few subjects were withdrawn.

The university administration acknowledges that errors have been observed this time in the otherwise flawless RGUCET examinations being conducted so far by the varsity; is largely due to transition in Policy Framework regarding admissions and application process from In-House Application Portal of RGU to SAMARTH’s portal for the first time following an advisory and guidelines of regulatory bodies at All India Level and thus, the University administration has taken this pro-active step in order to safeguard the interest of aspirants and thereby ensuring the admission process to various programmes with minor modification in dates.
Further, the university administration take the integrity of its examination processes very seriously and thereby maintaining the primary goal to ensure transparency and accuracy in the result declaration process, and for this, a dedicated broad based task force has been formed and the updated results will be released at the earliest, as the university remains committed to upholding the highest standards of fairness and integrity in the processes, the University said in a statement.
