Doimukh, Oct 3: Incumbent Vice Chancellor of the Rajiv Gandhi University, Prof. Saket Kushwaha will continue to serve despite expiry of his tenure on Wednesday, October 4.
A communication received from the Govt. of India, Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education, New Delhi stated that the incumbent Vice Chancellor, Prof. Saket Kushwaha shall continue in office notwithstanding the expiry of the tenure till his successor is appointed and enters upon his office in terms of first proviso of Clause 4 of Statute 2 of the Statutes of Rajiv Gandhi University Act, 2006.
