PASIGHAT, Aug 14: A photographic exhibition documenting the various aspects of the partition and triumph of human spirit in the face of the unprecedented tragic adversities caused by the partition of the country was displayed at DC Conference Hall today, to remember the survivors of partition.
DC Tayi Taggu paying his tributes, said that the partition of the Nation caused one of the largest human migration in the world rendered by displacement and untold sufferings of people and   exhorted to rededicate ourselves to peace, progress and unity of the Nation. 
Earlier, EAC, Dr. Margam Kakki highlighted the significance of the day for the Nation. ADC (Hq), Tatling Pertin, Admin officers, HoDs, staff were among others present on the occasion.
